Pretty Handmade Saucer Hat by Couture Milliner Pip Hackett. Secures by a velvet Alice Band, with an arrangement of Little Pink Roses and Feathers in different Pinks, with a Plume of Grey Feathers in centre.
Saucer is slight oval 13" across front to back, and 13.5" across side to side. Secures to any size head, with flexible Alice band.
