All Cream Straw Hat with a Sharp Upturn Front by Headworks for Harrods.

The Upturn is High at the Front, and Low at the Back, with a Cream Raw Silk Wrap around the Crown with Cross-over twist detail at one side.

Brim is 3" wide. Crown Height is 5.75". Circumference of Inner is 22.5" with adjusters available if require smaller.
