This is a Really Large Flat Cream Hat by Philip Treacy with one Large Cream Silk Rose and Long Feathers Curled out to the Side and a Medium Sized Crown.
Brim is 6.5" wide. Crown is 4.25" high. Inner band has a 22" circumference.
