This is a Really Large Flat Beige and Black Hat by Philip Treacy with a Tall Lopsided Crown (Best seen from the back view), and Large Half Bow Front, and Feathers Cluster at Side.

Brim is 5" wide. Crown is 7" high. Inner band has a 22" circumference.
