Beautiful Turquoise Hat by Gwyther Snoxells English Millinery. Lopsided Tall Crown with a plaited double band running around the base. Small Brim, and then a huge Plume of Turquoise dyed Peasant Feathers on the Side

Really eyecatching hat, that will work well with outfits in Turquoise, Blues, Black, and Purples.

Brim is 1.75" wide on the non feathered side, and 3" on the feathered side. Crown is 5.25" high. Inner band has a 22" circumference, with the circumference band being elasticated to allow for smaller heads.
