This is a Striking Fascinator by Philip Treacy in Cream Covered with Lace Sinamay, with Large Soft Pink Silk Open Rose Flower and Feathers.

The Base is a Front Standing Triangular Block Formed Sinamay with Floral Lace covering, with Very Pale Pink Silk Roses, and a Huge Plume of Soft Beige and Cream feathers and Hurl standing tall at the back.

Very easy to wear and absolutely certain to get you photographed. Sits on a thin gold wire Alice Band with small comb underneath base to secure.

Polka Dot Base Width 6.5", and total height of 15" from the bottom of laced base to tip of feathers.
